The entire museum is accessible without any barriers or obstacles for the physically disabled and people in wheelchairs. It also has a lift between the ground and two upper floors. A ramp leads to the lounge and the reading and writing room surrounded by the reconstructed passenger cabins of the LZ 129 Hindenburg.
The key to the ground-floor toilets for the disabled is available at the ticket office.
The ticket office also gives out the small, light-weight folding chairs visitors may take around with them to the different exhibition areas, so they can sit down comfortably at any time and enjoy their trip into the history of art and technology.
Two wheelchairs are also available at the ticket office. If you wish to make sure that one of them is available for you or the disabled person you are accompanying, please give us a quick ring to book it in advance.
